Summary

Join our client's IAM Team as a Junior Analyst and help set up new App integrations, provide support by applying change requests, and assist in solving issues or incidents in our IAM service.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Technical Business Analyst & Support team
• Experience in IAM software administration and support
• General Technical skills regarding IAM
• Agile Tools Experience: Kanban, Jira, Confluence Service Now
• B2 English and fluency Spanish

Responsibilities

• Participation in the IAM team tasks
• Defining and configuring new integrations
• Participation in the evolutions of the App Integrations Model applying new business needs
• Coordinating with the Functional IAM Team to define the right Authorization Model for app Integrations
• Assisting the IAM Functional Lead
• Providing N2 Support to our customers, responding to Service Now tickets
• Collaborate in the execution of the agile methodology of product development
