Junior Art Director

Summary

Join We Are Rosie as a Junior Art Director for a 6-month, full-time temporary remote role! This position requires a creative storyteller with strong design skills to collaborate on campaigns, digital assets, and brand storytelling. You will work closely with internal and external teams to develop engaging content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a creative or design role and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a creative or design role (agency or in-house preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, design execution, and brand storytelling
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Understanding of digital and print production processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Passion for branding, design, and crafting compelling consumer experiences
• Submit a portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including campaign development, digital assets, and branding projects

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of market-level campaigns that align with client's brand identity
• Create digital, print, and social media assets while ensuring brand consistency
• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life
• Assist in photoshoots, video shoots, and post-production for various marketing initiatives
• Tailor national brand campaigns for local and regional markets
• Present creative work to internal stakeholders and refine concepts based on feedback
• Stay up to date with emerging creative tools and industry trends to enhance deliverables
