Summary

The Junior Associate, Content Creation position is designed for a graduate with at least 1.5 years of experience in content creation. This role focuses on producing high-quality written materials and conducting in-depth interviews with C-level executives across diverse industries.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Demonstrated 1.5+ year experience in written content creation
• Excellent command of English (C1 level), with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong research skills with a proactive approach to learning and exploring new topics
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling across various outlets
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Expert Interviewing: Skilled in conducting virtual in-depth discussions with C-level executives across diverse industries
• Content Creation: Proficient in crafting compelling written content, including but not limited to articles derived from C-level executive interviews, industry reports, and dynamic social media posts

Preferred Qualifications

(BONUS) Graphic Design: Proficient in Adobe Illustrator or similar graphic design software, with the ability to create a wide range of visuals
