Responsibilities

  • Draft pleadings and related correspondence for all phases of litigation
  • Manage motion practice and attend court when required during the litigation journey
  • Conduct in-depth legal research to make compelling legal arguments and provide valuable insights to Firm clients
  • Accurately document account and file activity in accordance with Firm and client guideline
  • Maintain proactive and effective communication with Firm clients, opposing counsel, opposing parties, and court officials
  • Travel to client’s office located in Tucson when applicable to execute Certificates of Conformity with a notary

  • Proven ability to work autonomously with a willingness to collaborate as needed

  • Exceptional time management skills to meet business requirements and deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
