Summary
Join Cover Genius as a Junior Associate Partner Growth Manager and support key partner relationships, driving revenue growth and identifying new opportunities. Requirements
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Strong analytical and technical abilities
- Experience working in cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and efficient resource allocation
- Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proven expertise in problem-solving, with a track record of developing innovative solutions
Responsibilities
- Foster pivotal partner relationships, identify revenue opportunities and oversee essential transformation
- Design, execute, and measure conversion and optimization experiments to further optimize yield
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Identify insights, trends and correlations, and optimize performance based on those findings
- Evaluate emerging best practices and optimization strategies
- Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
- Own the solution design of the integration process and work with partners to design the most optimized solution
- Develop trusted advisor status and strong relationships with partners and related stakeholders
- Monitor solution data, analyze and forecast where possible. Provide commentary or advice to partners accordingly
- Use data to monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends, as well as identify areas for improvement and growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years partner or customer management experience
- Experience with revenue forecasting
- Understanding of APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
- Experience in the travel industry
- Familiarity with embedded technology frameworks
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
