Summary

The job is for a SMB Channel Sales Account Manager at Gusto who will assist channel partners and their clients in selecting Gusto as their preferred platform. The role involves managing high volume of emails and calls, maintaining clean records in Salesforce, educating partners about Gusto Pro, providing advisory sales guidance, and supporting clients during onboarding.

Requirements

  • Preferably working within renewals and/or retention
  • At least 2 years of experience in Inside or Outside Sales, Insurance Sales, Retention, and/or Customer Success
  • Previous experience with making outbound dials and/or prospecting leads
  • Salesforce experience
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume and velocity of emails and calls with Channel Partners and their Clients' Customers at various stages of the customer journey
  • Maintain clean and consistent records in Salesforce for all Leads you work on
  • Educate Channel Partners about Gusto Pro and our partnership program
  • Provide support to Clients through their account setup and onboarding process

Benefits

  • Cash compensation range offering hourly pay from $24.04 - $29.00 in the Denver, Detroit and Las Vegas locations
  • Employees who are based in Gusto offices will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week
