Summary

The Account Executive (Europe) will sell Axonify's learning platform to enterprise clients, manage leads, develop a territory strategy, and navigate complex decision-making processes. They should have 5+ years of practical sales experience in the enterprise space, preferably with exposure to e-Learning or HR solutions. The role is remote within the UK.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of practical sales experience in the enterprise space
  • Previous exposure selling e-Learning or HR oriented solutions will be a plus
  • Experience selling complex SaaS Software, preferably in a disruptive market, with a record of achievement and technical solution expertise
  • Strong understanding of strategic pipeline growth & management and territory management
  • Strong ability to persuade and influence, gain support, and plan ahead for prospective sales activities
  • Advanced ability to effectively deliver purposeful presentations and communicate through different channels
  • Self-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Demonstrated experience in developing client relationships, prospecting and negotiating complex and fully custom deals through to close
  • Experience managing and tracking activities in Salesforce and working with leadership to create a sales growth plan
  • Commitment to presenting and demonstrating our solution by traveling to customer locations within Europe up to 25% of the time when appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Sell Axonify’s modern learning platform to enterprise level clients
  • Manage opportunities from qualification to close, through large, complex enterprise sized organizations
  • Navigate to decision makers within organizations and builds business cases illustrating ROI to drive opportunities
  • Recognize and creatively address potential ‘red flags’ in the buying processes of large organizations
  • Develop an effective territory strategy that ensures prospecting coverage and effective pipeline generation
  • Disrupt the ‘status quo’ within organizations and initiates change by demonstrating and getting agreement on a new approach to learning
  • Own the relationship through the entire sales process actively engaging other resources as necessary to ensure success
  • Use the latest sales and marketing tools and modern social media approaches to connect with strategically determined accounts
  • Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential prospects in-person and/or virtually
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing team to establish and grow pipeline through targeted outbound strategies
  • Offer guidance to junior sales team members on the Business Development Team
  • Create proposals and quotations for qualified prospects and lead RFP process for prospects
  • Track activities in Salesforce and work with leadership to create a sales growth plan
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies and etc
  • Manage the negotiation and contract process on deals at and above $500,000
  • Gain deep understanding of the Axonify platform and methodologies and use this information to target sales efforts
  • Collaborate with internal experts, mentors and team members on marketing campaigns, such as trade shows, webinars, website visits and referral inquiries
