Requirements
- 5+ years of practical sales experience in the enterprise space
- Previous exposure selling e-Learning or HR oriented solutions will be a plus
- Experience selling complex SaaS Software, preferably in a disruptive market, with a record of achievement and technical solution expertise
- Strong understanding of strategic pipeline growth & management and territory management
- Strong ability to persuade and influence, gain support, and plan ahead for prospective sales activities
- Advanced ability to effectively deliver purposeful presentations and communicate through different channels
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, with proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Demonstrated experience in developing client relationships, prospecting and negotiating complex and fully custom deals through to close
- Experience managing and tracking activities in Salesforce and working with leadership to create a sales growth plan
- Commitment to presenting and demonstrating our solution by traveling to customer locations within Europe up to 25% of the time when appropriate
Responsibilities
- Sell Axonifyβs modern learning platform to enterprise level clients
- Manage opportunities from qualification to close, through large, complex enterprise sized organizations
- Navigate to decision makers within organizations and builds business cases illustrating ROI to drive opportunities
- Recognize and creatively address potential βred flagsβ in the buying processes of large organizations
- Develop an effective territory strategy that ensures prospecting coverage and effective pipeline generation
- Disrupt the βstatus quoβ within organizations and initiates change by demonstrating and getting agreement on a new approach to learning
- Own the relationship through the entire sales process actively engaging other resources as necessary to ensure success
- Use the latest sales and marketing tools and modern social media approaches to connect with strategically determined accounts
- Present and demonstrate the Axonify solution to potential prospects in-person and/or virtually
- Work collaboratively with the marketing team to establish and grow pipeline through targeted outbound strategies
- Offer guidance to junior sales team members on the Business Development Team
- Create proposals and quotations for qualified prospects and lead RFP process for prospects
- Track activities in Salesforce and work with leadership to create a sales growth plan
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge through ongoing training; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies and etc
- Manage the negotiation and contract process on deals at and above $500,000
- Gain deep understanding of the Axonify platform and methodologies and use this information to target sales efforts
- Collaborate with internal experts, mentors and team members on marketing campaigns, such as trade shows, webinars, website visits and referral inquiries
