Summary

The job description is for a Client Support Coordinator position at a leading software and services provider in the financial, retail, and hospitality sectors. Requirements

  • Technical/Vocational certification or High School diploma
  • 0-1 years of related experience, ideally in Technical Support or Customer Care related roles
  • Ability to understand the lifecycle of Technical Services (from reporting to final fix)
  • Demonstrated proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite software; you will be working a lot with Outlook and Excel (Tables, Filters, basic Graphs)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English (written and oral)

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships by providing timely and effective support
  • Issue Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams (SW Engineering, Field Support, Customer Support) to resolve client issues
  • Service Analysis: Analyze service performance and suggest actions to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and profitability
  • Support Provision: Offer general and account-specific support to the client’s Engineering team
  • Service Understanding: Utilize knowledge of service systems, functions, policies, and customer contracts to resolve issues
  • Proposal Creation: Develop and present high-level offers and Proof of Concept (PoC) proposals
  • Pricing Participation: Actively engage in the pricing process to ensure competitive and fair pricing for services
