Requirements

• IT training or IT Support and/or IT Service Desk knowledge
• Good technical and organizational understanding
• Ability to work in multinational teams and handle cultural differences sensitively
• Fluency in English and German, both spoken and written
• Service-oriented and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Driver's license: ability to drive the company car when needed for nationwide service
• Submission of a criminal record certificate (police clearance) that is not older than three months

Responsibilities

• Support and customizing of existing installations in close coordination with customers
• Close collaboration with product management, development, and other departments
• Planning and execution of software rollouts and updates
• Performing assigned tasks independently
• Being ready to multitask, adjusting work priorities according to customer needs
• Analyzing and solving IT requests from clients
• Being the first point of contact for customers who need technical support via phone, email, or in person
• Forwarding unsolved problems to the next level of support personnel
• Providing feedback or suggestions from clients to the relevant internal team
• Identifying and suggesting possible improvements in procedures
