Junior CMS Developer

Summary

The job is for a CMS developer to collaborate with a leading website management agency in maintaining and developing WordPress websites for U.S.-based clients. The candidate should have at least 1 year of commercial experience with WordPress and PHP, basic front-end development skills, and intermediate+ English level.

Requirements

• 1+ years of commercial experience with WordPress and PHP
• Basic front-end development skills; 0.5+ year of experience with HTML5/CSS3, JavaScript
• General familiarity with backend concepts and backend development
• Understanding of Git and GitFlow

Responsibilities

• Perform various WordPress website maintenance tasks, including help with routine updates, plugin management, and bug fixes
• Monitor website performance and report issues related to speed or functionality
• Assist Senior CMS developer with minor page development tasks
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with SQL
