Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign execution and project management
  • Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics tools
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Familiarity with design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute at a tactical level
  • Adept at working collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to understand and implement strategic marketing initiatives
  • Translate high-level marketing goals into detailed, actionable plans with clear deliverables and timelines
  • Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, and brand marketing
  • Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and KPIs
  • Oversee campaign workflows, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, agencies, and other external partners
  • Liaise between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate insights to optimize future initiatives
  • Present campaign results and recommendations to the VP of Marketing and leadership team
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure transparency and accountability across marketing efforts
  • Manage complex marketing projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables meet high standards
  • Prioritize and allocate resources effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes
