Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong background in campaign execution and project management
- Proven success in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, content strategy, and analytics tools
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Familiarity with design and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute at a tactical level
- Adept at working collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Marketing to understand and implement strategic marketing initiatives
- Translate high-level marketing goals into detailed, actionable plans with clear deliverables and timelines
- Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, content, events, and brand marketing
- Develop, manage, and execute marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and KPIs
- Oversee campaign workflows, ensuring deliverables are on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, agencies, and other external partners
- Liaise between the marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment on key initiatives
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and generate insights to optimize future initiatives
- Present campaign results and recommendations to the VP of Marketing and leadership team
- Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure transparency and accountability across marketing efforts
- Manage complex marketing projects, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deliverables meet high standards
- Prioritize and allocate resources effectively, balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes
