Summary

Join TENTENS Tech as a Remote Content Moderator in the Trust&Safety Department and be part of building a culture of care, safety, and positive experience around and within the platform and services. As a content moderator, you will work on moderating content on the website, communicating with partners, and collaborating with the user support team.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of English language at Intermediate+ level
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly learn and remember information
  • Adaptability to changes
  • Level of confident PC user
  • Ability to analyze information and formulate conclusions
  • Ability to regulate own working time independently (ideally previously worked remotely and on night shifts)

Responsibilities

  • Moderate content on the website (moderation of media and text content, other services, verification of user accounts)
  • Communicate with partners and monitor their compliance with cooperation conditions
  • Participate in other tasks as needed - maintenance of knowledge base, additional content checks, including for ML-model training, research, etc
  • Collaborate with the user support team and other related departments
