Summary

Join our team as a Junior Content Producer (Instructional Designer) and help us create engaging educational content for our online courses. As a key member of our team, you will analyze market trends, identify audience needs, and develop instructional goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the market and identify the needs and goals of our target audience
• Formulate learning objectives that students should achieve on a course and skills they should develop
• Brief Business English Teacher and guest lecturer, joint planning of educational programs (idea, concept, format of the course)
• Distribute tasks among team members (between designer, content manager, curator) and monitor task execution
• Control the process of launching courses from the first lecture to the last diploma
• Analyze materials from teachers and implement new methods and approaches in teaching
• Prepare recommendations on the format of conducting online lessons, presenting educational material, communication between Business English Teacher and guest lecturer with students
• Analyze feedback from listeners and teachers + analyze metrics of course effectiveness - completion rate, satisfaction, attraction
• Develop a plan to improve courses based on feedback and analytics results
