Join Sia Partners as a Junior Solutions & Knowledge Manager in Montreal for a 24-month VIE (Volunteer International Experience) to coordinate global teams, prepare committees and conferences, assist team leaders, and more.

Requirements

• Diplôme d'une Ecole d'Ingénieur ou de commerce
• 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or an agile environment
• Knowledge Management experience in a multinational context and/or product development and innovation management is a plus
• Fluent English level required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global missions of 40 Teams with 70+ Partners and the Talent Development department
• Prepare committees / conferences in coordination with Team Leaders
• Assist Team Leaders in defining their squads (production of solutions/IP) and chapters (production of training content), monitor the cadrage of squads/chapters, monitoring/suivi of all produced solutions and their creation process, validation of budgets/times allocated, identification of missing subjects, identification of potential new Teams, etc
• Reporting and follow-up on KPI
• Quality control of produced solutions/IP
• Make available all produced solutions/IP to all consultants in the group via our collaborative tools for Knowledge Management
• Animate communities of Teams
• Global coordination with representatives from different markets
• Continuous control (of rules put in place)
