Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in multimedia design, with a proven track record in video production, UI/UX, and illustration within a B2B SaaS environment
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate across teams, with experience mentoring junior designers
• Technical Proficiency: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), and familiarity with UI/UX tools like Figma, Sketch, or similar
• Video Production Mastery: Extensive experience in producing, editing, and delivering engaging video content
• UI/UX Expertise: Strong portfolio of user-centered B2B SaaS website designs that improve the customer journey and drive business results, specifically demos
• Illustration & Creative Mastery: Strong illustration skills, with the ability to develop custom visuals tailored to Wodify’s brand
• Project Management: Strong experience with Asana or similar tools to manage deadlines, track progress, and deliver projects on time
• Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving: Must pass a CCAT (Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test) to demonstrate analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Deadline-Oriented: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize accordingly
• Excellent Communication: Ability to effectively articulate design decisions to stakeholders and collaborate with non-designers

Responsibilities

• Lead Design Strategy & Execution: Own the creative process from ideation to execution, developing multimedia assets across video, website UI/UX, illustration, physical collateral, and digital content to ensure brand consistency and visual impact
• Video Production & Editing: Spearhead high-quality video content creation, handling everything from concept development to final edits, while ensuring content aligns with campaign strategies and audience engagement
• Website UI/UX Design Leadership: Oversee the design of a user-centric B2B SaaS website optimized for conversions, user experience, and user engagement
• Creative Direction: Develop and implement creative guidelines that elevate the Wodify brand, driving innovation in visual storytelling and design aesthetics
• Mentorship & Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior designers (if applicable) and collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals
• Project Management & Timely Delivery: Manage multiple projects simultaneously within Asana, ensuring all assets are delivered on time, on brand, and within scope. Communicate progress and potential roadblocks proactively
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (product, sales, marketing) to translate business objectives into impactful visual content that resonates with both prospects and customers
• Stay on Top of Trends: Continuously research and integrate the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Wodify's visuals ahead of the curve

Preferred Qualifications

• B2B SaaS Experience: Significant experience working in SaaS, particularly in tech or fitness sectors
• Creative Problem-Solver: Ability to solve complex design challenges with innovative and creative solutions
