Junior Creative Visual Designer

Summary

Join the Marketing team at ANA as a Junior Creative Designer to support the development and execution of visual design projects from concept to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field is preferred or equivalent practical experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a design role, including internships or freelance work, is preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and creative work
• Basic understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to take direction and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating visually engaging designs for various projects, including templates, social media graphics, website visuals, email campaigns, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials
• Collaborate with marketing team to brainstorm and develop design concepts that align with project objectives and brand guidelines
• Ensure that all design work adheres to the company's brand standards and maintains a consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials
• Incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders into design revisions and updates. Demonstrate a willingness to iterate and refine designs based on constructive input
• Provide support in the design process, including preparing files for print, resizing assets for different formats, and ensuring timely delivery of design assets
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques. Bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to design projects
• Work closely with other team members, including marketers, copywriters, and developers, to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines
• Review and proofread design work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality output before final delivery
