Requirements

  • Basic technical understanding related to game installation and performance troubleshooting
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

  • Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt

Responsibilities

  • Handle and resolve a wide range of privacy related matters, including requests for data deletion, access, and portability, while ensuring full compliance with relevant laws
  • Maintain accurate records of all privacy related inquiries and their resolutions
  • Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to refine processes concerning the handling of privacy matters
  • Assist customers with technical issues related to game installation, performance, and network challenges
  • Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and problem resolution
  • Address and manage player reports, including in-game issues and bug reporting
  • Collaborate with the development team to relay and troubleshoot technical issues reported by players
  • Respond to general questions and inquiries from our website, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
  • Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
