Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Basic technical understanding related to game installation and performance troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others
- EU work permit
- Willingness to relocate to Frankfurt
Responsibilities
- Handle and resolve a wide range of privacy related matters, including requests for data deletion, access, and portability, while ensuring full compliance with relevant laws
- Maintain accurate records of all privacy related inquiries and their resolutions
- Work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to refine processes concerning the handling of privacy matters
- Assist customers with technical issues related to game installation, performance, and network challenges
- Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Address and manage player reports, including in-game issues and bug reporting
- Collaborate with the development team to relay and troubleshoot technical issues reported by players
- Respond to general questions and inquiries from our website, ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement
- Handle customer interactions across multiple channels, including email, chat, and social media
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
