- Eagerness to learn and develop within the sales field
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Assist in generating new leads through cold calling, networking, and email campaigns
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and customer needs
- Collaborate with senior sales staff to develop strategies for reaching sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and reports
- Keep detailed records of interactions with customers in the CRM system
