Junior Damage Control Manager

Requirements

• Possess a strong background in handling damages or working in the insurance sector
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
• Have a strong interest in vehicles and be eager to keep learning
• Possess strong German and English language skills

Responsibilities

• Assign repair orders to our network of qualified workshops
• Assess vehicle damage and prepare cost estimates for repairs
• Send invoices to customers and handle any complaints that may arise
• Serve as the go-to person for colleagues and external partners
