Summary
Join Mediabrands, a leading agency group, as a (Junior) Data & Application Manager! You will be part of the Finance Solutions Team, supporting colleagues with application questions and coordinating the implementation of planning and evaluation tools. Analyze and optimize internal business processes, provide user support, and potentially conduct training. Requirements
- Possess a pronounced understanding of numbers and ideally have a finance background (studies, training or job)
- Successfully completed your studies/training in a technical/commercial field or a comparable qualification and ideally have gained initial professional experience in a similar position
- Possess a pronounced analytical thinking ability and quick comprehension
- Be interested in technical content and do not shy away from dealing with program errors in terms of content
- Possess an extraordinary solution-oriented working method as well as high self-motivation, willingness to perform and excellent time management and communication skills
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile
Responsibilities
- Be part of the Finance-Solutions Team and primary contact person for technical and content application questions of all colleagues in the agency network
- Be responsible for the recording and definition of requirements for our planning and evaluation tools, coordinate their implementation and take over the administrative tasks regarding the applications and processes for which you are responsible
- Analyze and document existing internal business processes and systems and optimize them
- This also includes error analysis, content and technical support for all users and/or problem solving and problem tracking
- Training our users on the basics can expand your area of responsibility
Preferred Qualifications
Interest in the media and marketing industry as well as in digital planning processes is welcome, but not a requirement
