Summary

Join Too Good To Go as a Junior Account Manager and contribute to a sustainable mission of fighting food waste. You will work directly with key account managers and partners, building relationships and optimizing collaboration to save as much food as possible. This entry-level position involves supporting partner locations, training staff, ensuring optimal offerings, gathering feedback, and performing administrative tasks. You will analyze data, create reports, and provide recommendations for improvement. Requirements

  • Passion for our mission: You are enthusiastic about combating food waste and making a contribution to fighting the climate crisis
  • Communication skills (written and verbal): You effectively and quickly establish a connection with partners on the phone and achieve the desired results. You are therefore able to convince both personally on the phone and by e-mail, and you also enjoy doing so!
  • You have comprehensive German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2), as well as French skills (B2)
  • Organizational talent: You can organize yourself well and know how to prioritize so that you can achieve the greatest possible impact
  • Team spirit: You are a team player who enjoys working in a team and wants to contribute to the team's success
  • Positive and proactive attitude: You have a positive and proactive attitude and feel comfortable in a fast-growing organization

Responsibilities

  • Support branches in using Too Good To Go and our app by training new managers and employees
  • Ensure that your branch portfolio designs its offerings in the best possible way so that no food is wasted and the branches have a positive experience with our app users and implement measures to improve the quality of the offerings
  • Identify feedback trends from conversations with branch managers and forward your impressions to the Senior Key Account Manager
  • Involve and engage branch managers and employees in the fight against food waste and the use of our app
  • Administrative tasks, including ensuring that branch information in our systems is always up to date
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of how Too Good To Go works and work closely with other teams to identify challenges early on and increase efficiency
  • Analyze data, create reports, and make recommendations on how we can improve our KPIs
  • Help to further develop our systems and master data through active internal feedback

Preferred Qualifications

Excel/Google Sheets knowledge is an advantage or affinity for working with systems and data
