Junior Dental Customer Support

Summary

Join Osteoid Inc. as a Dental Customer Support representative and become the bridge between our dental professionals and the production team. You will assist doctors with data submission, resolve issues, and aid in case planning using Osteoid software. This remote position, based in Cary, NC, involves phone and email support, collaboration, and training. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, a problem-solver, and passionate about helping doctors and patients. Growth potential exists to become a Certified Dental Consultant. Requirements

• Strong computer knowledge, easily able to pick up new software applications
• Capable of learning clinical dental terms and medical concepts
• Excellent phone skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking ability, and organizational skills
• High accountability and responsibility
• Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related field
• 0-1+ year of full time work experience

Responsibilities

• Complete department training requirements under direct supervision
• Conduct surgical case planning with doctors
• Provide product assistance via phone and email
• Conduct product training with new customers
• Follow up with surgical case progress
• Build a professional working relationship with doctors
• Provide clinical feedback from doctors to the production team
• Train for and complete bone reduction cases with direct supervision
• Successfully passes validation training
• Complaint handling
• Resolve kickbacks
• Receive 3rd party data
• Other relevant duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the medical or dental industry
• Experience in radiology
• Experience speaking to medical professionals on the phone
• Flexibility and the ability to multitask
