Junior Digital Content Administrator

Summary

The job description is for a Junior Digital Content Administrator position at Ten Lifestyle Group, a global travel and lifestyle concierge company based in Cape Town. The role involves supporting the content team, managing digital content on various CMSes, and assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have Matric qualification, 2 years' experience in digital administration, and proficiency in Excel.

Requirements

• Matric with 2 years’ experience in the field of digital administration
• Experienced working on online CMS systems
• Excellent Excel skills and experience working with large datasets (advanced Excel advantageous)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Digital Content Project Manager to deliver tasks successfully and on time
• Oversee day-to-day CMS administration
• Upload of content inventory to Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Assist in achieving daily deliverables
• Ensure content is kept up to date across multiple platforms
• Mine large datasets to extract, analyse and cross-reference content
• Troubleshoot and correct any system errors
• Manage multiple languages within CMS

Preferred Qualifications

Tertiary education advantageous
