• 0-2 years of experience in employment law preferred, but recent graduates will be considered
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to handle legal research, drafting pleadings, and preparing for hearings
• Familiarity with federal and state employment laws is a plus
• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn
• Active bar membership in California

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior attorneys on a variety of cases
