Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in an operational leadership position
- Demonstrated ability to hire and develop front-line workforce team members
- Proven experience in leading teams to achieve high levels of performance and efficiency
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable performance strategies
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing plans that improve operational metrics and drive business growth
- Effective alignment of cross-functional teams to achieve shared performance goals
- A track record of doing all of the above in a fluid and fast-paced work environment, dealing with complex subject matter
Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day performance and delivery of the legal operations team
- Lead efforts to streamline and scale operational processes, aligning them with the companyβs performance goals
- Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence in execution
- Coach and develop junior managers into effective and active leaders, driving best practices throughout the org
- Build compensation structures and incentive plans to drive optimal performance
- Ensure adherence to quality standards in the delivery process
- Develop and implement systems to monitor performance and quality
- Design and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and financial outcomes
- Partner with leaders across departments to identify performance bottlenecks and drive improvements
- Establish and track key performance indicators using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvements
