Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 1 year in an accounting or finance-related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear written and verbal communication
- C1-C2 level of English
Responsibilities
- Deliver routine financial tasks (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations, invoicing) accurately and on time for U.S.-based clients
- Ensure client-facing reports and documentation meet quality and compliance standards
- Apply best practices and suggest small workflow improvements to streamline recurring accounting processes
- Support team initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration across the finance team
- Demonstrate growing proficiency in general accounting, financial reporting, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
