Junior Finance & Accounting Associate

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks), Microsoft Excel, and strong accounting principles knowledge are essential. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Minimum 1 year in an accounting or finance-related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Interest in process improvement and automation
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Clear written and verbal communication
• C1-C2 level of English

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine financial tasks (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations, invoicing) accurately and on time for U.S.-based clients
• Ensure client-facing reports and documentation meet quality and compliance standards
• Apply best practices and suggest small workflow improvements to streamline recurring accounting processes
• Support team initiatives and contribute to knowledge sharing and collaboration across the finance team
• Demonstrate growing proficiency in general accounting, financial reporting, and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel)
