Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or actively pursuing)
• 1-2 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• SMB accounting experience in multiple industries, particularly: Saas Professional services E-commerce
• 1-2 years experience in customer success-related roles
• 1-2 years experience with Quickbooks Online
• Experience with common SMB point solutions, such as: Bill.com Gusto Shopify

Responsibilities

• Accounting task/project management & execution
• Review of Accounting Analyst work
• Customer comms management & delegation
• Supporting customer calls
• First-level financial reviews & supporting Accounting Manager final reviews
