Junior Staff Accountant

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting (or actively pursuing)
• 1-2 years of full-cycle accounting experience
• SMB accounting experience in multiple industries, particularly SaaS, professional services, and e-commerce
• 1-2 years experience in customer success-related roles
• 1-2 years experience with QuickBooks Online
• Experience with common SMB point solutions, such as Bill.com, Gusto, and Shopify

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute accounting tasks and projects
• Review the work of Accounting Analysts
• Manage and delegate customer communications
• Support customer calls
• Conduct first-level financial reviews and support Accounting Manager final reviews
