Junior Finance Analyst

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Financial Management, or Engineering
• Possess previous experience in finance—preferably in accounts receivable
• Have experience or familiarity with the Tech Industry
• Demonstrate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets formulas (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, CONCATENATE, COUNTIF, PivotTable, PowerQuery)
• Show familiarity with BI tools (Microsoft Power BI, Looker, Klipfolio, or similar)
• Speak Portuguese (advanced/native)
• Speak English and/or Spanish (intermediate or higher)

Responsibilities

• Manage client billing processes in Brazil and the US subsidiary
• Calculate and monitor revenue and MRR, identifying and explaining variances
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure accurate recognition of upsells, downsells, and churn
• Support collection efforts for overdue accounts
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls, including automation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Complete a technical course
• Have experience using Omie or any ERP
• Have experience with Stripe or other credit card payment tools
• Have experience using Slack, CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot, Salesforce), or customer support tools (e.g., Intercom, Zendesk)
