Requirements
- Have relevant working experience in Operations departments, ideally from a bank, fintech, payments or any finance-related institution
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration or a related field
- Have proven experience in at least one of the following: payments, banking, financial reconciliation, card payments and card disputes
- Possess strong work ethics, ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and execute in a dynamic environment
- Have very good communication skills. Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be data oriented. Have advanced excel or database skills. Have high attention to details
- Be interested in technology and cryptocurrencies
- Be able to work with minimal supervision
- Be organized, proactive, and a self-starter
- Be keen on problem-solving and have an attitude to adopt solutions into our daily ways-of-working

Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to customer transactions, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Perform daily or weekly payments to vendors or business partners
- Manage transaction statements to be able to perform reconciliations of the company's assets
- Carry out controls to ensure financial data quality, completeness and integrity
- Provide quick support to the Finance team
- Monitor transaction processing including authorizations and settlements
- Manage debit card transaction disputes and fraud claims
- Assist the Customer Support team with customer inquiries
- Assist with various operations-related tasks ensuring timely completion of related activities
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects, contributing to team success with flexibility and a proactive attitude
- Develop, maintain, and improve operational policies, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Identify, propose, and document enhancements to processes and internal controls to align with best industry practices and optimize operations
Preferred Qualifications
Have experience in some of these tools: Jira, Confluence, Miro, Finastra, any Core Banking Platform, G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, Mastercard Connect, VISA Online
