Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- 2β4 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting roles, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth business
- Strong numerical and analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Strong Excel skills, including experience in building or maintaining financial models
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and present findings confidently
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail in all reporting and reconciliations
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts that align with business goals
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting by delivering variance analyses and meaningful commentary
- Maintain and improve financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and deliver insights to help business leaders make informed decisions
- Work closely with teams across the business to gather, validate, and analyze financial inputs
- Assist with capital expenditure tracking, capitalization, depreciation, and related reconciliations
- Prepare schedules and support the external audit process related to capital asset accounts
- Maintain accurate and timely records of fixed asset transactions and collaborate with the Fixed Asset team to ensure reporting accuracy
- Contribute to the implementation of accounting standards as they relate to asset management and reporting
- Identify and support the rollout of efficiency improvements in FP&A processes and tools
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with financial reporting systems and familiarity with IFRS
