Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2–4 years in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting roles, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth business
  • Strong numerical and analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Strong Excel skills, including experience in building or maintaining financial models
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across teams and present findings confidently
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail in all reporting and reconciliations

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and rolling forecasts that align with business goals
  • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting by delivering variance analyses and meaningful commentary
  • Maintain and improve financial models to support decision-making and scenario planning
  • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and deliver insights to help business leaders make informed decisions
  • Work closely with teams across the business to gather, validate, and analyze financial inputs
  • Assist with capital expenditure tracking, capitalization, depreciation, and related reconciliations
  • Prepare schedules and support the external audit process related to capital asset accounts
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of fixed asset transactions and collaborate with the Fixed Asset team to ensure reporting accuracy
  • Contribute to the implementation of accounting standards as they relate to asset management and reporting
  • Identify and support the rollout of efficiency improvements in FP&A processes and tools

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with financial reporting systems and familiarity with IFRS
