Junior Front-End Developer

Summary

Join Persado as a Junior Front-End Developer in our Athens office, where you will be involved in the implementation of large-scale digital marketing campaigns across various online channels for Fortune 500 customers. As a Service Delivery Engineer, your work will span over various channels such as Web, Email, Facebook, Display, PPC, Mobile and In-game advertising.

Requirements

• Educational background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in web design and web campaign management
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools)
• Strong experience building responsive HTML email templates compatible with all major email clients
• Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign or similar tools
• Comfortable working with JavaScript
• Familiarity with web analytics tools is a bonus
• Experience in multiple forms of web advertising (social media, AdWords, email marketing, mobile apps, remarketing) is a strong plus
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python) and automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium) is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to adapt and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work well in diverse teams
• Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution

Responsibilities

• Create, modify, and optimize a variety of digital marketing assets including emails, display banners, landing pages, and Facebook ads across multiple formats (HTML, PSD, Sketch, PDF, JPG, etc.), utilizing Persado’s persuasive language to enhance customer marketing campaigns
• Design and produce digital marketing templates and assets with adherence to industry best practices
• Configure and manage online platforms for Email, Web, and Push notification campaigns
• Execute thorough QA processes to ensure flawless and timely delivery of all marketing assets
• Lead necessary tasks and ensure smooth execution for successful project launches
• Support Project Managers in planning and executing campaigns effectively
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring seamless workflow and project success
