Junior GL Accountant

Summary

Join our dynamic team as we build our first business service centre in Hungary, providing business support in IT, finance, procurement, master data, sales, and HR fields. As a GL accountant, you will be responsible for supporting the GL team/process in daily operations to achieve key priorities and target sets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Min 1–2 years of experience as an accountant
• Experience with international organizations
• SAP FI knowledge will be beneficial
• Native in Hungarian
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Managing accounting transactions for foreign subsidiaries of KOSTAL group with key scope of Europe
• Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs
• Keeps files up to date and guarantees proper filing of relevant supporting documents for future reference, including audits
• Preparation of balance sheet, intercompany and bank reconciliations
• Participates in monthly closing activities
• Other ad-hoc projects and duties as needed
