Requirements
- Experience as a Graphic Designer with expertise in illustration
- Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles with a strong eye for detail
- Ability to assist in creating and maintaining branding across various materials
- Willingness to learn and apply UX/UI design principles for web and mobile projects
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that designs are accurate and consistent
- Support in creating digital and print assets, following design guidelines and brand standards
- Collaborative mindset, with the ability to take feedback constructively and apply it to design revisions
- Time management skills, able to handle multiple design tasks with guidance and meet deadlines
- Adaptability to learn new design techniques and tools as required
- Effective communication skills, able to present design concepts to team members and contribute to brainstorming sessions
- Enthusiasm for developing design skills and growing as a Graphic or Product designer
- Intermediate English proficiency, comfortable communicating and writing in a professional setting
- Interest in Product flows and understanding how visuals support Product goals
- Flexible and adaptable, able to handle different demands and shifting priorities
- Keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
- Experience working with external vendors and managing their visual content output
- Proactive and hands-on attitude with a passion for creating impactful visuals
- Experience working directly with cross-functional teams to align goals and execute efficiently
- Ability to quickly translate ideas into testable concepts
- Proficiency in illustration tools such as Illustrator or Figma
Responsibilities
- Designing and illustrating pieces, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and strategic content flows
- Conduct Product content quality control thorough reviews of content illustrations and designs, identifying and resolving inconsistencies
- Supporting in aligning, conducting and reviewing content design Vendors production providing feedback and ensuring visual coherence
- Conduct benchmarking and discovery activities to inform design decisions and stay ahead of trends
- Create low-complexity content related Product flows
- Provide support in illustrations and graphic design across different projects
- Support in Project Management to ensure timely delivery and effective organization
