Requirements

  • You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree or have completed equivalent vocational training
  • Fluent English speaker & Fluent Italian in written and spoken words
  • You have at least one previous relevant experience in Influencer Marketing for the Italian market (including internships and working student experiences >1 year)
  • You feel at home in Social Media, having a feeling for current and future trends and influencers are always on your mind  #unboreboring
  • You are a communicative and committed person and are able to handle various projects at a time, whether this is creative or analytical
  • You have a knag for numbers and bring above average negotiations skills with you
  • You have a strong knowledge of all social media platforms air up is active (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Podcasts, Snap) and ideally consider yourself a TikTok expert

Responsibilities

  • Developing highly effective local content creator marketing campaigns that are aligned to our overall marketing and content strategy
  • Identifying relevant creators for long-term brand partnerships
  • Developing and managing relationships with creators, influencers and agencies
  • Sharing responsibility for the monthly planning and management of a six-digit budget covering the IT region
  • Taking full ownership of budget and creator campaigns, covering the ideation of creative concepts, creator negotiations, contracting, day-to-day communication, content reviews, performance analysis and campaign reporting
  • Monitoring, reporting & analyzing campaigns on a monthly basis and maximizing campaigns based on insights
  • Developing and implementing innovative, performance driven creator marketing campaigns & strategies across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc
  • Staying up to date with the latest creator marketing economy trends and incorporating them into your strategies & campaigns
  • Working closely with other cross-functional departments to deliver fully integrated 360 creator marketing campaigns (paid social, CRM, etc)
  • Collaborating with the wider cross-country creator marketing team to ensure local market learnings are shared in order to optimize overall performance
  • Developing seeding and UGCs campaign alongside the other departments
