Requirements

  • Basic understanding of Windows OS (Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOS)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Outlook/Exchange or O365

  • Good communication skills with colleagues and clients

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer support to employees
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming IT support requests
  • Maintain the helpdesk and manage the ticket backlog
  • Assist with PC hardware and software support
  • Perform PC provisioning for replacements or new users
  • Diagnose and resolve PC faults and issues (hardware and software)
  • Track and manage IT-related assets and software licenses
  • Produce user documentation and guides for IT services
  • Assist with IT-related employee onboarding and offboarding processes
