- Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation matters from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies
Preferred Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in personal injury litigation preferred
Benefits
Salary Range: $110,000 - $165,000 per year (DOE)
