Summary

The Junior Loan Officer provides administrative support to Loan Officers, offers high-level customer service via email and phone, gathers information from customers as directed by the Loan Officers, and performs marketing via social media and outreach via phone to past customers. This position offers growth opportunities over time.

Requirements

Previous Sales or Customer Service Experience (in any capacity whether full time or part time)

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to Loan Officers
• Offers high-level customer service via email and phone
• Gathers information from customers as directed by the Loan Officers
• Performs marketing via social media and outreach via phone to past customers

Preferred Qualifications

• Mortgage experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
