Junior Logistics Specialist

Requirements

• 1 year or more of experience in related field
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in Lithuanian and English
• Basic knowledge of Supply Chain
• Demonstrated ability to work in a well-structured and organized manner
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills
• A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and administration tasks for Order Management Systems (OMS) and associated systems
• Communicate with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to resolve daily issues, anticipate potential problems, and exchange relevant information
• Input and maintain cost-efficient price lists in the system, including monthly fuel surcharges, volumetric surcharges and others, provided by the Logistics Manager
• Check and upload information to 3PLs' Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and generate reports as necessary
• Manage Pre-Shipment and Post-Shipment Administration at the courier level
• Ensure accurate logistics information is maintained in internal systems
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from Transport, Logistics, and Inventory planning teams to facilitate timely product deliveries to storage locations

• Salary: 1480 - 1980 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience
