As a remote-based Commercial Account Executive, you will focus on mid-sized customers in the DACH region, selling solutions with typical sales values exceeding $10,000. This dynamic role involves end-to-end customer engagement, from prospecting and qualification to closing deals, requiring collaboration with internal stakeholders. You will play a key role in expanding Samsara's business and bringing the benefits of sensor data to customers. The position requires experience in outbound prospecting and fluency in German and English. Occasional customer visits within the DACH region will be necessary.
Requirements
- Commercial Account Executive experience with closing responsibility, plus 2+ years in an out-bound, prospecting role (BDR, SDR or ADR), working the DACH market
- Expertise in high-volume cold-calling
- Fluency in German
- Highly proficient in English
- Proven high-performance

Responsibilities
- Work on strategic account mapping & outbound prospecting
- Own customer engagements end-to-end, from prospecting and qualification to close
- Work collaboratively with a team of internal / cross-functional stakeholders to remove deal blockers
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
