Junior Network Specialist

Join DAZN's expanding global network support team and be responsible for maintaining a large global Network that ensures the smooth delivery of our services to millions of fans.

Requirements

• Experience in managing and maintaining CDN platforms
• Experience in network / streaming monitoring
• The ability to quickly assess, prioritise, respond, resolve incidents
• Confident and accurate written and verbal communication skills
• An ability to promptly learn new technologies

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain an advanced CDN platform spanning across Italy
• Work with a wide range of monitoring tools like Conviva, New Relic, Solarwinds,Coralogix
• Perform closely analysis and reporting before, during and post live event with particular focus on Serie A
• Assist DAZN Support Centre with incident management
• Support central team with local QA tests
• Collaborate closely with DAZN broadcast teams to ensure seamless delivery of our live Sporting events locally
