Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technologies or a related field
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft’s technology: Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
  • Basic knowledge of Windows servers, networking, and security
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ease of learning new technologies
  • Very good English skills (both spoken and written)
  • Ability to communicate at all levels

Responsibilities

  • Administering users and their corporate IT equipment and associated software
  • Providing support in-person and remotely
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user issues
  • Implementing user change requests
  • Handling support tickets, logged by users, in a timely manner
  • Identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs
  • Recommending IT solutions that meet business needs
  • Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment
  • Maintaining hardware/software inventories
  • Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaboration with external vendors
