Summary

The job is for an IT Support Specialist who will administer users' corporate IT equipment, provide support in-person and remotely, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, implement change requests, handle support tickets, identify hardware and software needs, recommend IT solutions, perform advanced installations, maintain inventories, collaborate with other IT teams, and work with external vendors. A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required, along with good knowledge of Microsoftโ€™s technology such as Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoftโ€™s technology: Windows 10/11, O365, Intune, Active Directory

Responsibilities

  • Administrating users and their corporate IT equipment and associated software
  • Providing support in-person and remotely
  • Troubleshooting and resolving user issues
  • Implementing user change requests
  • Handling support tickets, logged by users, in a timely manner
  • Identifying and tracking end user hardware and software needs
  • Recommending IT solutions that meet business needs
  • Performing advanced hardware and software installation, configuration and deployment
  • Maintaining hardware/software inventories
  • Collaborating with other IT Teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Collaboration with external vendors
