  • Excellent communication skills both via phone and email/chat
  • Motivated by challenge and adaptable to change

Responsibilities

  • Answer live chats, engage in email communication at a high volume, with customers at different points in the sales process: discovery, decision, and onboarding
  • Support customers through the onboarding process which is about 70% of your daily conversations
  • Identify and execute on additional upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Develop customer empathy and product expertise

Benefits

  • Gusto offers cash compensation ranging from $21.15 - $24.52 per hour for Denver, Las Vegas, Detroit & most remote locations
  • Employees who work in Gusto's offices are expected to work from the office 2-3 days a week (or more depending on role)
