Summary

The job is for a Junior Paid Advertising Marketing Specialist in LearnWorlds' Demand Generation team. The role involves creating, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns across various platforms like Google, Bing, Meta, AdRoll, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok Ads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Experience in one of the following: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Locker Studio
  • Around 6 months of hands-on experience working with Google Ads
  • Experience with advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables, etc

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing user acquisition plans across all primary and emerging paid channels
  • Assist in designing, configuring, executing and optimizing integrated paid campaigns across our Google and Bing platform accounts
  • Constantly dive into campaign performance metrics to surface new learnings and translate insights into actionable improvements against KPIs
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of cost per lead and paid acquisition spend within budget; manage pacing and budget re-forecasting
  • Investigate competitors’ campaigns and industry paid channel trends
  • Partner with Brand and other Marketing Teams to A/B test and iterate on high-performing creatives, formats, landing pages, and copy
  • Follow industry trends and best practices related to online advertising, drive innovation, and contribute to case studies, blog articles, and training
  • Contribute to projects, process changes, and roll-outs
  • Think creatively and work closely with the entire Marketing team to develop innovative tactics and strategies that drive results
  • Create and maintain the existing reports on budgets, campaign performance, etc

Preferred Qualifications

Landing page testing experience will be a plus
