Jr. Social Media Ads and Analytics Specialist

Summary

WebFX is seeking a Junior Social Media Ads and Analytics Specialist to join their team. This entry-level role requires a Bachelor's Degree, with a GPA above 3.4 preferred. The ideal candidate should have related skills such as customer service experience, basic HTML or image editing experience, blogging experience, experience in any ads manager, Google Analytics and/or analytical/research skills, Excel/Google Docs skills, presentation skills, and experience managing social media accounts for an organization. The role involves working directly with clients, maintaining client relationships, managing paid social campaigns, analyzing key metrics, creating a unique social media strategy for each client, and developing appropriate strategies based on data. The position is based in-office at WebFX's riverside campus in Harrisburg, PA.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a portfolio of clients as their direct point of contact at WebFX, educating them through clear communication, and helping them achieve their goals
• Maintain our world-class client retention rate by developing and fostering long-lasting client relationships
• Manage paid social campaigns (think Facebook Ads!) as well as online media ad campaigns and work to ensure a positive ROI for clients
• Analyze key metrics and performance data (in Google Analytics and beyond) and prepare monthly campaign reports
• Create a unique social media strategy for each client, focusing on targeting correct audiences, creating key messaging for content, and aligning with client business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• GPA above 3.4
• Customer service experience in any industry
• Advertising/marketing agency experience
• Basic HTML or image editing experience
• Blogging experience
• Experience in any ads manager
• Google Analytics and/or analytical/research skills
• Excel/Google Docs skills
• Presentation skills
• Experience in managing Twitter, Reddit, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc, for an organization
