Join Pennylane's Partnerships team as a Junior Partnerships Manager and contribute to the growth of this fast-growing Fintech company. You will play a key role in identifying, recruiting, and managing commercial partners, including business developers, integrators, and resellers. Responsibilities include qualifying incoming requests, prospecting new partners, managing existing partners, and contributing to the development of internal processes. This role offers a blend of operational, commercial, and project management tasks, requiring strong sales aptitude, relationship-building skills, and entrepreneurial spirit. The ideal candidate possesses a Master's degree from a business or engineering school, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach. Requirements

  • A business school or engineering school profile (Master's level)
  • Rigorous, structured, organized, curious, autonomous
  • Strong sales and partnership appetite: you enjoy relationships, building lasting relationships... and sales of course!
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and the ambition to participate in the creation of a major player in the techProactive and a force for proposals
  • Able to learn quickly and comfortable in an environment that evolves (very, very) quickly
  • Speak English (the level is evaluated and appreciated according to the department to which you are applying)
  • Appreciate working in a constantly changing environment
  • Make collaboration a priority within your team or with other stakeholders
  • Have sufficient hindsight to prioritize high-impact business actions in your daily activity

Responsibilities

  • Qualify, recruit future business developer partners & resellers/integrators
  • Prospect new strategic commercial partners: Identify, hunt, pitch, convince and recruit our future business developer partners & resellers/integrators
  • Manage active business developers: work alongside our current business developers to support the development of our network (ops, leads, closing, commissions, marketing...)
  • Project Management: the Partnership team is recent and is structuring itself, you will participate in global and cross-team subjects such as the construction of tomorrow's processes for the team and its partners (objective: to streamline the partnerships machine at Pennylane!)
  • Identify and recruit Pennylane's new commercial partners
  • Participate in the early development of a strategic sales channel within Pennylane
  • Think about and build the processes that will allow the partnership team to function and grow healthily

Preferred Qualifications

  • You have already worked in a Fintech on Junior Sales or partnerships positions
  • You have already used a CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce...)
