Summary

Join Etraveli Group, a global leader in tech solutions for online flight sales, as an Account Manager in the Airlines Industry Relations Team. You will build and nurture relationships with airline companies, expanding our global network. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, managing existing accounts, drafting proposals, using performance data to optimize collaboration, and acting as a point of contact for airline-related issues. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree, 2+ years of B2B account management experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and data analysis capabilities. Up to 50% travel within North America and occasional international travel is required. Preferred qualifications include travel industry experience and Spanish language skills. Requirements

  • Bachelor or Masterโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing and Communications, or any other related field
  • 2+ years of proven experience in B2B Account management
  • Demonstrated ability to build and nurture strong business relationships
  • Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-driven and proactive
  • Experience working with KPIs
  • Experience in analyzing data and producing reports to measure the impact of existing and new partnerships on our business
  • Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and demonstrate a can-do attitude focusing on producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment
  • High level of responsibility and integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes
  • Position will require up to 50% travel within North America and occasional international travel

Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities and build relationships with potential business partners
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts
  • Draft incentive proposals and presentations
  • Use performance data per airline company in order to define our strategy in the negotiation process and optimize our collaboration
  • Participate, drive or arrange meetings and conference calls
  • Be a point of contact for airline related issues within the company
  • Drive and monitor sales performance
  • Act as the airline stakeholder for internal/external development projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Preferred experience from the travel industry
  • Be comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders in different time zones
  • Spanish language skills are beneficial but not required
