Summary

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Project Management Officer or similar role
• Strong leadership skills with ability to present to upper management
• Advanced MS Office knowledge with IT literacy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to details and technicalities
• Excellent organizational and technical abilities
• Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

• Ensuring projects align with business goals & tracking the progress of each project
• Setting deadlines for specific tasks with developing project plans
• Reviewing documentation for project creation, development and implementation
• Responding to project’s requests on daily basis with proper action to be taken in a timely manner
• Document’s preparation, following up with presenters for input provision
• Maintaining Meeting of minutes and action items
• Monthly meeting with seniors to report project task status
• Roadmap updates & overseeing them
• Reporting of financial status for projects & approved spending
