Junior Product Developer

Summary

The job description is for a Junior Product Developer position at Alanui, where the candidate will support the product development process from initial concept to final product. Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in fashion design or similar is preferred
• Excellent knowledge and use of Adobe package – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
• Good knowledge and use of Microsoft Office – Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Responsibilities

• Support the full process of product development
• Support in the planning coordination and execution of projects from insights to briefs, through to design, development, costing and commercialization
• Assist in the process of material sourcing and development
• Support in all product development phases to ensure on time delivery of samples and production
• Assist in communication with suppliers and manufacturers
• Complete technical product data sheets and cost sheets

Preferred Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Knitwear products is a plus
• Good knowledge and use of PLM programs is a plus
