Junior Product Developer

Summary

Join H&M HOME as a Junior Product Developer for Sleep & Bath textile products. Support your Product Developer, organize and execute component- and product development, and secure new colors for the basic range. This is a full-time temporary position of 10 months based in Stockholm.

Requirements

• Degree within textiles, product development, buying, retail business or similar
• Work experience from developing commercial and profitable textile products, preferably woven
• Experience from homeware products is considered as a plus
• Knowledge and experience in PLM systems and Adobe Illustrator
• Independent and a solution-oriented problem solver
• Strong administrative, organizing and prioritizing skills
• Flexible mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture, short and long term goals
• A true team player and great communicator
• Result oriented and strong business growth mindset
• Strong salesmanship and commercial thinking

Responsibilities

• Support your Product Developer
• Organize and execute the component- and product development process
• Secure new colors for the basic range in collaboration with Collection Design Manager and Product Manager
