Junior Product Manager

Summary

The Junior Product Manager will conduct market research, assist with product development, and write documentation for a remote position at The Mill Adventure, a company offering a flexible working environment, learning opportunities, fitness benefits, private health insurance, parking/transport or co-working allowance, and company get-togethers.

Requirements

• Experience with iGaming products ideally b2b side
• Working knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem
• IGaming market knowledge
• Base knowledge of the product development life cycle
• Previous exposure to technical teams as well as business/client stakeholders
• Interest in contributing to the product knowledge base
• Great organisational skills and ability to follow multiple threads at the same time
• Excellent communication skills
• Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
• Assist the senior product manager in analysing incoming requests and help write clear requirements
• Assist in backlog prioritisation and provide support and feedback on submitted specifications during execution
• Write documentation around newly released features
• Prepare interviews to gather feedback from partners or internal teams and provide insights
